These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.pinkdaisy.com.au and the purchase of any goods from it.
Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Pink Daisy reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice.
REFUNDS & DELIVERY
Order Refunds
Please choose carefully Pink Daisy does not provide refunds for change of mind.
As we are selling a natural product that is fragile and perishable we are unable to give you an exact number of days that they will remain fresh. Flowers will react to their environment and unfortunately once they have been delivered a number of conditions in their surrounding environment may result in there lifespan being reduced and is out of our control.
To assist in prolonging the life span of your flowers we recommend cutting your flower stems on a sharp angle and changing the water every 2 days . Air-conditioning , extreme heat or changes in climate also may have an adverse effect on the flowers.
Should your flowers perish within 3 days of delivery and we are satisfied that all care instructions have been followed Pink Daisy will be happy to send replacement flowers at our expense. Pink Daisy reserves the right to request photos of the product within 3 days of delivery to help us assess the product quality and to take to our growers/suppliers. We can NOT replace flowers if there are no photos and the flowers have been disposed of.
If a refund has to be processed because you/the customer has selected a delivery address outside of our delivery area, you will be provided a refund minus a $5 fee to cover costs incurred to Pink Daisy by our third party payment providers i.e paypal/afterpay. Suburbs we deliver to are located at the bottom of our homepage.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to return to your nominated payment option, this is out of Pink Daisy's control.
We are unable to offer a replacement or refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us, however re delivery may be possible if we can recover the order from the incorrect address (Re delivery fees apply). It is the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.

Delivery Information
All orders will be left at the delivery address if no one is home to accept the delivery (Photographic evidence will be taken). Once delivered, any damages that happen after delivery has been made ( including being left in extreme heat for long periods of time ) are not the responsibility of Pink Daisy & we will not refund or send a replacement order. As we can not give a time that a delivery will be made we advise that if you think that the recipient will not be home it is best to send the delivery to a work address.
We require a contact phone number if the delivery address is gated. If we can not access the property the delivery will be left at the gate. If for any reason it can not be left the delivery will be returned to our studio and a re delivery fee of $10 will apply.
It is the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.
Collections
If you wish to collect your order from our studio we will be in contact to arrange a time. Please treat this time as an appointment and arrive at the arranged time. Pickup times are limited as we are out on deliveries for part of the day. Please note pickup is a residential address. By collecting your order you acknowledge that any damages that occur to your flowers/items once they have left the Pink Daisy studio are not the responsibility of Pink Daisy & will not be replaced or refunded.
If you do not agree or are unable to agree with ANY of the above terms and conditions, then you must not place an order or enquire.
